Community Happenings / VICTIM Film Review

Hey, GST! Our film, VICTIM, was released in late November by IFC and has hit select theaters. It's getting some decent traffic, but I thought I'd share an excellent review. Here goes:

Member SPAM / THE KILLING GAME - Film

I just realized I never followed up from my "Fury" movie post in April. The movie script I sold is now officially called "The Killing Game" and has a pretty strong cast - Samuel L. Jackson, Kellan Lutz, Daniel Dae Kim, Nina Dobrev, Derek Mears, and more.

Got ourselves a small review of Harvest Hill at Amazon. I thought I'd share:

"Every year on Halloween, strange things happen in the small community of Harvest Hill. The 31 stories (one for each day in October) are so well crafted that Harvest Hill actually comes alive and makes you want to go there to see if things really do go bump in the night on Halloween. The editors did a remarkable job compiling some pretty great stories and I hope there is another volume of this anthology soon. "

Member SPAM / FURY - the Movie

Hey, everyone:

I thought I'd post something that I'm very excited about. I optioned a script last year called GULAG and it is now going into production in April 2010. News is still coming in, but so far they've cast 2 actors:

Kellen Lutz - lead (of TWILIGHT)
Samuel L. Jackson - lead bad guy (he comes in later in the story, but an important role)

It's great to see it all coming together with some big name talent attached. Wish me luck!

Hello, Everyone! Just a quick update on Harvest Hill. I've attached a cover that the outstanding Stephen Blundell has been working on. We're still making some tweaks to fonts and some minor things, but we thought you might like to see where we were. Getting very close!

Douglas has been seriously crankin' on the layout and we're getting ready to send it out for some blurbs and early reviews. We're looking forward to a smashing Halloween this year.

Harvest Hill - October 2009 - Hey, everyone:

I've been sending out stories for final reviews to our brilliant authors, so authors, please keep an eye on your inbox for incoming stories. Still some small issues/kinks to work out, but contracts should be out soon once we do have the word counts nailed down, which is very close. Look out for those as well from Dale.

Once we get all the stories in line, we'll be able to work on the artwork again as well as production. Looking forward Harvest Hill for October 2009!
